Welcome to Nafes
Please read the terms of service, privacy policy, and the Nafes code of honor before registering for Nafes or using any part of the contents of the app Application (we mean by Application all content and pages within the scope of the Nafees App including access to any of the content materials, chat rooms, or other electronic services.
Each of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Honor Code are agreements (which may be referred to collectively as “Agreements”) between you and the App, and when you use the App, you agree to be legally bound by the Agreements, whether or not you are a registered user of the App.
Clause 1: “Nafes” reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice to you, and changes to these terms are effective immediately upon being posted on this page, or within any other section of the application.
• By entering the application after making any changes, you agree to the revised terms, and all changes therein.

• Nafes provides educational content through the Nafes application, authored by a group of content experts, according to international standards, and individual assessment of the student.
Clause 2: Grant of License to Users:
By virtue of your Submission or Distribution of User Publications, you grant all Users of the Application a non-exclusive license to access and use your own used scientific material.
Clause 3: Online Code of Conduct
You agree that you are entirely responsible for your use of the Application, and for material posted under your username, which shall include all content submitted, published or distributed on the Application, by you or other users of the Application, including - for example - Written and audio texts, all posts within the content, notes, questions, comments, videos, and file uploads (User Posts).
You also agree to your use of the Application, in compliance with all applicable agreements, local, regional and international laws, rules and regulations, including copyright laws, and any laws relating to the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence.
The following list shows the materials that are strictly prohibited from being circulated on the website:
- Content that defames, harasses or threatens others.

- Further, you agree not to attempt to collect information, or download any content in the Application (Nafes) in bulk, including a list or directory of system users, online textbooks, user posts, or their personal information. You also agree not to misrepresent, or attempt to misrepresent, your identity while using the Application (Nafes).
- Any violation of the provisions of the above prohibited list entitles “Nafes Application” to terminate your use, access or participation in the Application, or both, without prior notice.
- You undertake through this document - and as a condition to enjoy the services provided by the Nafes application - that you will not use the application in any way intended to abuse, disable, impede or overburden the Nafes server or the Nafes network(s) connected to any server from its servers, or interfere with any third party and enjoy the Application. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site by other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any server through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
- You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information stored on the Site, any of its servers, or computers connected to it, through any means not intentionally made available through the Application.
Clause 4: Powers:
To benefit from the full participation in the activities and services offered by Nafes; You must provide us with your name, email address and password; In order to create a new user account, (the “User Account”). You will not disclose your access to the Application, share it, or share your user account information with a third party for any reason.

Clause 5: Responsibility for User Postings
Notwithstanding the list of materials that are strictly prohibited from being circulated on the Site, as set out above, relating to the submission or distribution of User’s own Postings, it grants the necessary rights, licenses, consents and permissions to republish User Postings on the Application, and to allow “Nafes” and its users to reproduce, modify and publish , etc. from using and distributing your User Postings in a manner consistent with the licenses granted under these Terms, and you will not infringe or infringe the rights of a third party by submitting your User Postings, or using the licenses granted below.
The User, and not Nafes, is entirely responsible for the User's own Postings, and for the consequences of sharing them with others, or posting them on the Application.

Use of Nafes and other Participating Entity names and trademarks:
- The name and logo of “NAFES” are trademarks affiliated with the Nafes application, it is not permissible to use any of the application’s trademarks, or anything similar to any of the mentioned, for promotional purposes, or in any way that may be intentionally or ominously indicated, or appear, or Gives the impression of a relationship or endorsement by this application, at the sole discretion of the organization concerned, and anything to the contrary must be with the prior written consent of the relevant trademark owner.

- None of the trademarks are owned by Nafes, or other participating organizations that appear on the Application, or in the services available on or through the Application, and, if any, are the exclusive property of their respective owners.
Clause 8: Limitation of Responsibilities
- The Application and any information, content or services available on or through the Application are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind (express, implied or otherwise), including, for example but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except for warranties similar to these which may not be waived under applicable laws.
- Nafes App and its participants (as defined below) do not guarantee that the App will function uninterrupted or error-free, that the App will be free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the content added or provided will meet your needs or expectations.
- The use of this application and the content and services obtained from or through the application is at your own risk, and your access to the application or your downloading of any information, materials or data available through the application, or any of the reference sites is under your guarantee and risk, and you will be solely We shall be liable for any damage to private property, (including your telephone system), or any loss of data resulting from the download or use of such material or data, unless otherwise stated in the Nafees Privacy Policy.
Clause 9: Disclaimer Relating to User Postings
Neither Nafes nor any of the Nafes participants are obligated to monitor any user posts, or any communication with other members within the application.
- Nafes reserves the right to review User Postings, and to act in its sole discretion; And that at any time, and for any reason.
Nafes will modify or remove user posts that do not comply with its terms, in whole or in part, at any time it chooses, and without prior notice.
- “Nafes” will investigate the allegations of a user posting that does not comply with the “Nafes” terms of service, upon receipt of a notification from the user or the owner of the content,
Clause 10: Links to other websites
- The application may include links to other websites that are maintained and managed by other people.
- Neither Nafes nor any of the Nafes Participants are responsible for scanning, approving, reviewing, or approving the contents or use of any products or services that may be offered by these other websites.
You agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, that neither Nafes nor any of its participants shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether real, reasonably related, arising out of, or in connection with, the provision of this service, or your use ( or any third party use), the inability to use the Application, the placement of content on the Application, or your reliance on information obtained from or through the Application, whether your claim is based on contract, tort, law or otherwise.
Clause 11: Termination Rights
- You agree to allow Nafes to terminate your use of or participation in the Application in its sole discretion, for any reason, or no reason, upon prior notice to you.
- It is the policy of “Nafes” to revoke the license for users of the application who repeatedly infringe copyright, according to the circumstances it deems appropriate.
- You can terminate your subscription to the application at any time if you no longer wish to do so in accordance with the terms of your subscription with Nafes.
♦ What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?
- We collect the data that users voluntarily enter to subscribe to the Nafes application
- For users who register on the app, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see or modify their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username)
♦ Steps to delete the account
Registered people can use their personal email, or register by linking their account (Facebook) to the application, by sending an email to info@nafes.app attached to the email through which their account is registered.
Or in the event that the subscriber is registered with their Facebook account, by removing the access to the application from the Facebook settings, all your data will be automatically erased using the following steps:
• Go to Settings and Privacy, then click on Settings.
• In the left menu click on Applications and Websites.
• Navigate to the app or website you want to remove, and next to the app or website's name, tap Remove.
• You can choose one of these options:
• Delete posts, videos, or events that [an app or website] made on your timeline.
• Allow Facebook to notify [an app or website] that your login connection has been removed. They may offer you another way to sign in.
• Click Remove again to confirm.
The rights granted to you under this Agreement will terminate upon the termination of your right to use the Application, but the other provisions of these Terms of Service will continue to operate.
Clause 12: Compensation
You agree to defend and hold harmless Navis, its participants, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, responsible directors, agents, and employees, including any liability or expense arising from any claims.
• Entire Agreement
All of these Terms, the Honor Code and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Nafes with respect to your use of the Application, and supersede any prior agreements between you and Nafes regarding your use of the Application.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service after your use, you do not have the right to object to the requirements and powers of Nafes.
